Pegeout 208 kicks the fan when I start it and does not accelerate and it shows the engine check light on the dash board.I tried cleaning the throttle sensor and put it back but still the same issue happens.I don't know what could be the problem

You need to use a fault code reader to see why the engine management light has come on and hopefully this will help you fix the car.

I do not understand what you mean by "kicks the fan when I start it".

I tried running it through the diagnosis and it told me throttle sensor was faulty I tried reseting it and ended up buying a new one but still the problem persist

@Paul-R when I say it kicks the fan I mean it turn the fan on as soon as I start it

What diagnostic machine are you using? If it's too basic it might not see all the DTCs stored.

Could you put the fault code on here so we can see what else the fault might be.

Can you see live data with your tool? specifically the coolant temperature.
