C4 Grand Spacetourer missing spare wheel winch hole in boot

Hi,
I bought this car 2nd hand from Fords of Winsford in Sept 2024. I now have a need to access the spare wheel. In this model it is lowered from below the car by a winch nut in the boot.
This car was originally a motability vehicle so had the 3rd row removed and a wheelchair hoist installed. It was then reversted back to the original configuration. However, when that work was done they have blocked the access to the wheel winch nut.
There is a cut circle of carpet and below that is a solid floor of fibreglass. There is a circular marking on the fibre glass directly below which indicates where the nut should be and this corresponds with the manual.
I have used a circular disk bit to cut a hole in the fibreglass but there is no nut there.
I've inserted an inspection camera and cannot find a nut.

I don't want to go drilling holes all over the carpet and floor.

Citroen originally arranged the motability modification but didnt change it back, they sold it modified. Someone has since reverted it. I've contacted a couple of motability companies who say they didn't revert the config.

Can someone please advise what I should do next? I think I may have to take this to a Citroen service centre to see if they can work out where the hoist is.
