Can anyone advise if on a 1.6hdi 16v (Xsara Picasso), the MIL light can indicate low oil pressure or a low level?
I've done 6000 miles since the last oil change.
1.6hdi MIL oil pressure / oil low?

Don't think so - you would get a low oil warning on start up, or 'Oil pressure low: Stop engine' warning.
Need to scan it if the MIL is on....
