c5 aircross strange noise

hi everyone !! I am the owner of c5 aircross hybrid plugin 225 hp and last months i hear a strange noise like loosen heat shield or something like that. I hear the noise only wher push the gas pedal from low rpm for 1-2 sec and when engage the engine from electric mode. I went to dealer shop and they told me that they can not find anything strange and the car is ok except the annoying noise. They told me also that the sound it is not from the exaust system .

any advice will help !!
