I've only had the car for now 6 Month's and on and off since I got it I've had problems with the Blower Fan not working right ie: Not Air Flow from the Vents. Initialy I though as per usual it was the Heater Resistor. Changed that and it worked grand for x2 weeks, then no fan again. Checked the Resistance on the resistance and they were all same as when I installed it. Tried a new fan still no go. After an other search internet search, I went looking for a burnt plug ( See Pics ) down by the heater matrix. I get power in one side of the plug but no power out the other side. On close inspection of the plug ( See Pic ) there is corosion on the main fan power wire on the side going to the Resistor.
The issue that I now have is I cant for the life of me get the Bleep Bleep plug to seporate so I can clean the contacts and hopefully get some Air Con Cool air flowing again. + I dont want to force it and break it. Help Please.
PS: I also have the same issue on the fuel filter. I cant get the main incoming diesel pipe out of the filter housing no matter how hard I pull I cant get it out again I dont want to break it by forcing it.

Re: DS3 Blower Fan Plug
In the first photo it looks as if there is a clip that needs to be pressed or lifted so the plug can be pulled apart. Post a photo of the fuel filter so we can have a look at it but the pipes will have clips that need pressing or if the white one a middle bit that might need to be lifted.
Edit following posts below - the white bit needs pushing down at the sides

Re: DS3 Blower Fan Plug
I've poked a screwdriver in the hole. Pushed down on the tab all to no avail.. Dont know if the corrosion has welded the plug together so to speak, hense why it wont seporate as it should.. If I culd only find a picture of one that is seporated I colud then see how it comes apart.
On the fuel line again ( Red circle ) i've pushed the tab down, pulled the tab up. Pulled at the pipe just cannot get it to budge. I've even looked on youtube for filter change vid. But none of them have the same pipework as mine.

Hi Norm7446
Regarding your diesel fuel filter, look at this video at 8 mins 36 secs. I think this is the same connector that you are struggling with..
