Relay 2014 - VIN / Build

Daughter recently purchased a Horsebox (built on Relay 35 lLh2 ent hdi 2014), its got a error on the dashbaord, parking help unavailable with yellow warning triangle on solid.

Tried the battery off for 30mins to try a BSI reset that didnt work, I am guessing it need to having parking sensors disabled in the BSI?

Could someone, confirm parking sensors, where factory fitted the VIN is - VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

and IF it that I need to disable the Parking sensors, whats everyones go to device?

If the parking sensors are not working you need a diagnostic to see what is wrong, it might be wiring or a faulty sensor and the diagnostic should say which one needs replacing.

Hi, thats the issue, theres not parking sensors on the horse box, so I dont know if it had sensors at build before conversion, hence asking if any one could decode the vin for me.

It would appear it left the factory with parking sensor system.
