C3 Display update conflict?

Hi,
As you will see below, the Citroen updates website/My Citroen says there is an update available for the display part of the Multimedia system, so I downloaded it and then let the app transfer it to a 32GB USB memory key

Unfortunately, the car has a different idea and rather than performing the update (as it did a few days ago), it says no update is needed:

Is this often the case that the Citroen services say an update is needed, but the car says that is not the case???

I have no idea about this Ed but I have a nasty suspicion that it may be due to 'over the air' updates direct to the car being used and possibly causing mismatching of system information between actual and believed. That is purely my suspicion without any evidence to back it up so don't quote me!
