Radio not working

This unit is the RD4 or RD45 system, made by Continental.
Usually standard equipment unless another system is specified as an option. There are Single & Dual Tuner versions. RD45 features over the RD4: The RD45 has USB connectivity & integrated Bluetooth module supporting Phone & Audio Streaming.

Radio not working

Hi I was wondering if someone could help. I just bought 3008 2010 and LCD Display isjust Flashing with clock And cannot turn radio one as it's like the no power to it and I think something be has been at wiring as this wiring tape all over radio wiring harness. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem. Thanks

Have you resolved this problem yet? If so could you add your result for the benefit of others? :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
