It does indeed stay on when the ignition is off.
Now my memories of doing this sort of thing, is there are two lives, a small one, that remembers the time etc, and the live that actually powers the head unit. The issues I'm having is that these two lives are the wrong way around on the wiring loom!
Ive tugged the HU, but it wont come out without the release keys! Does anyone local to Gloucester happen to have any?
