DS3 2012 heater blower stopped working..SOLVED

hello,

this is my 1st post and looking for any help.

Heater blower has stopped working, on any setting.

checked:
Fuse (and terminals for corrosion)
Motor
Resistor. all ok.

i know its the ground wire thats switched so checked the Voltage at the fan connector live terminal, im getting fluctuations from 4.5 to 6v. this is where i think the problem is.

any ideas or has anyone had this before?

When you fit the new resistor pack, was it one from a Citroen dealer, one from the same manufacturer or a copy part ?
