RNEG after update problem

This unit is the MyWay system, also referred to as RNEG, made by Harman Becker.
Main Features: Also referred to as RNEG, the MyWay colour satellite navigation system, has SD card, integrated European mapping, live trafic information, voice guidance and graphics in 2D or aerial perspective & it features a Bluetooth® system (Bluetooth phone compatibility only - no Bluetooth Audio Streaming).

RNEG after update problem

Hi , if anyone can help . After an update of RNEG (D_R50b_R50.03) the voice of navigation is very faint (quiet) even volumed to max. Anyone if had this problem, please share how you solved it. Thanks in advance.

Odd , first I've heard of that , roll it back to the original version then try updating again ?

If the firmware has been updated then generally you can't revert to an earlier version.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.
