Does anyone know if the disruption to the parts service is likely to be improved soon. I bought a nearly new DS Automobiles DS3 Crossback and it's disappointing there doesn't seem to be anywhere I can view exploding parts diagrams.
It would be great to be able to view the diagrams of the car I own and then go out into the open market to purchase, used or new, any parts I may want. As there are so many cars using the same platforms from the Stellantis group, so many parts are shared and there's a large market to buy from. But without those diagrams we're blind to what may be needed. For example, the intricate little parts that may been needed to simply install a new USB. There's the USB socket, perhaps some cabling and some trim change. But without those diagrams we're at a loss.
This notice has been on the parts thread since March: "Disruption to Parts Service. As you may be aware, the consolidation of the old PSA to the Stellantis Group systems has resulted in both a merge of data tools and a requirement to migrate PSA accounts to Stellantis Systems.

Sorry but we have not been able to resolve this yet.
I am still working it, but have not made much progress.

If only it were still that simple... It now takes you to the new Stellantis sure, where you need a VAT number to register. Deep in the help files there is a way of doing it without, but even then you have to wait for your application to be approved. This is the stage we are at - and have been for pretty much a year. Maybe one day they will get their act together and validate us, but who knows when.

Are you still paying annual fee? In fact, assuming that the fee was not due for renewal anyway, did you get a refund? Or maybe a credit put on hold? If the fee just got frittered away for nothing I would be somewhat annoyed.

Re: Disruption to Parts Service
When I lived in UK Many years ago, I invented a business name, and registered with a VAT number from a Tesco Receipt. Worked for many years until I moved to France

We used up the subs we had on the old system, but it wouldn't let us renew till we were validated on the new system, but there is no way of making that happen faster then Stellantis wants it too.

Ah it does sound like it's a problem for everyone. Has anyone here been successful? I also noticed the registration on https://public.servicebox-parts.com but stopped when it started asking for a VAT number to register.
I even contacted them, as I do have a small company (freelance web development but not VAT registered) suggesting I would like to create a website showcasing some technical tutorials as a reason for wanting to register and access the materials (I can't recall now the exact policy but companies wanting to offer technical instructions or similar was a valid reason for registration but I was letting them know the company doesn't need to be VAT registered in the UK. I haven't heard from them about this.

Re: Disruption to Parts Service
It appears that they now check that the VAT number is current, and that the business has some connection to the car trade.
We are still hopeful of having a dialogue with them about our access.
In the meantime, if anyone here does have access and is willing to discreetly share it, please send me a PM.

I registered with my wife's one-woman company. Provided the VAT number and a scanned registration paper and validation was successful in less than 2 days.

Well done! ))) Validation will take a while though. In my case they didn't do this for 3rd years running))) But access is functional unless you have to do some changes in bsi etc, to get some security pin, I have to go thru main dealership

Re: Disruption to Parts Service
I have been able to register and access https://public.servicebox-parts.com/ referencing my company and selecting "Technical information publishers" as the business activity. However, I uploaded the incorporation certificate and put a dummy VAT number as the company is required to be VAT registered in the UK. I'm hoping a non-VAT registered business is acceptable.
However, the account has a red message saying "Your account has been sent for validation to the central team or a part distribution center." and I can't see how to access anything at the moment so I don't think it's functional until validated.
Djandree is yours still not validated but you can access parts and wiring diagrams?
