Berlingo 2011 side window wont go down, only up

I have a 2011 berlingo, and the side window only wants to go up, not down
i have tryed to change the button, but it still did not work, what can be wrong here???

It may be the window rubbers gripping the glass in the down direction. Before you start taking the door apart to check for a wiring issue just spray the channel with silicone lubricant and see if it is any different.

Check for broken wires in the door wiring harness where it passes from the body to the door.
