Berlingo front subframe (2006)

I have a 2006 Berlingo Multispace Desire 16V 1587cc petrol model, which has just failed its MoT due to corrosion in the front subframe. I am having trouble finding a replacement - I am told it is part number 9816897580 and is no longer available from Citroen. I have tried on e-bay but those sellers offering front subframes only have those for later models. Any advice on where to find one, either new or good condition second hand, would be much appreciated.

Having found one that was supposed to be compatible, it turns out that at some point in the model's life the centre bracket on the subframe which is attached to the gear linkage grew from 7.5cm to 10cm. Does anyone know when this was changed and why ?
