Peugeot 2.0 hdi idle issue

Unread post by Riess »

Hi folks my names riess, new here and hoping that someone can help me with my issue that i have been trying to solve on my 2.0hdi dw10 engine with 140k on the clock for over a month so here goes!

The issue is that when the engine is idling it feels very much like i have the clutch at its biting point although its in nautral its a stumbling sensation that vibrates through the car somewhat i can make it more apparent by switching on the air con this makes it worse and it then feels more of a judder and some days it feels like it has no power yet another day it goes like a rocket and ticks over much smoother although the symptoms are there still they are much less obvious the issue originally only started as poor fuel consumption i ran some system cleaner through and all was well untill about two weeks later and a missfire occurred injectors swopped and missfire now gone and the fuel consumption is fine returning 45/50mpg

Things i have tried or observed
Full diagnostic including looking at the dpf presure wich reads zero on idle but increases with revs.
Injector corrections are uneven cyl1 86, cyl2 106, cyl3 109, cyl 4 95%
Pump presure reads 250bar at idle
Crank sensor clean
Checked injector wiring harness with ohm meter back to ecu
Noticed that cylinder 1 is always a very low value injectors switched with cylinder 2 but cylinder 1 still showing 80% or there abouts
Tried a different set of injectors still the same
Changed the pump flow reg as i have a spare pump-no change
Engine noise on tickover although its hard to describe it certainly isn't rod knock but sounds a little like one cylinder isnt firing correctly
Egr valve has been blanked since purchase

Help no seriously someone please help

What year, which engine - presumably diesel but which one, how many miles ?
Have you tried a Peugeot dealer for any checks ?
A dual mass flywheel might give vibrations if needing replacing. Beware that Peugeot may number the cylinders from the gearbox end.

Did you have a look at the crankshaft sensor? Or maybe some teeth on the flywheel are worn or battered?
