hi if anyone can help me.
so i have filled 1L pat fluid in reservoir. i still have error coming up saying
1. Risk of particle filter clogging: see handbook.
2. particle filter additive level too low: repair needed.
i have topdon diagnost system i cant get it to remove errors.
does anyone know any other way to get rid of them?

You need to reset the counter to zero.
Or it needs to regenerate. A blast down the motorway should take care of that, especially if you are doing lots of short trips.

Is this the Eolys Fluid ?
If yes, then the counter in the ECU needs to be reset to zero.
I had this exact issue. Needs either a DiagBox or in my case a independant garage used a Snap-On diagnostic box to reset it.

yes it is
i reset the counter and drove my van few times on high revs. as it was mentions on hadbook
i have top don diagnosed its showing the error saying its a permanent fault.
abit clueless now what to do with it.
