I recently purchased this car lovely it is and very comfortable I noticed firm where was 2021 same with maps so went on my Citroen app and said I could get a download via email . Done that got the email went to friends house who has pc windows with usb stick 32gb definitely formatted to FAT32 he copied and pasted the link downloaded to his drive then copied onto usb stick plugged into usb port in car and say something like no media data found. Tried a few times with no success, any ideas please doing my head in.
On a separate note if I was to buy the 9.99 a month tom tom pack does that also have to be download by usb?.
