Relay 2014 - parking help unavailable

Hi,

Daughter recently purchased a Horsebox (built on Relay 2014), its got a error on the dashbaord, parking help unavailable with yellow warning triangle on solid.

Tried the battery off for 30mins to try a BSI reset that didnt work
my ODB scanner shows no faults. (but its just a cheapo)
Checked fuses.

Anyone have any thoughts?.

Did you try to search the forum?
Look at this topic first then you may try to post there the VIN number to check if the van was factory equiped with parking sensors.
