New Owner!

Hey All,

First time dipping my toe in the world of French cars with a X7 C5 - I've always loved the Hydropneumatic suspension and have lusted after a CX for years, as a kid we had an XM too so its in the blood!

I'm sure I'll have some questions and thoughts as I get more acquainted with the car so I thought I'd say hello on here

Welcome to the forum.
A common problem with the C5 X7 is a leaking steering rack - putting grease on the input shaft might help prevent it since it can rust and wear the seals.

Welcome James,
As Paul says keep an eye on the steering rack and if you take it to any garages make sure they are aware of the procedures for raising it off the floor which you will find in the handbook. :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!
