Anybody know what this yellow thing is in the OBD2, came out when I unplugged my OBD2 diagnostic devic.

Anybody know what this yellow thing is in the OBD2, came out when I unplugged my OBD2 diagnostic devic.

So I had an engine warning light show up, I got my OBD2 scanner, plugged it in and codes PO532 and PO489 shown up, when I finished and unplugged the OBD2 scanner this yellow thing came out with it.
Any help would be appreciated as if it’s important, I need it repaired ASAP

Its just the insert of the OBD plug, just push it back in.
Seems to happen quite a lot on Relays & Nemos
