Hey! First time posting!
I bought a Peugeot 207 Envy 1.4 recently for my mother however the ABS light is on, I have plugged it in and the error code C1380 recycling pump fault which I think is quite common!
Can this be replaced “plug in and play” or is it something I better leave to the experts to do? I have a good level of basic mechanics and tools so I don’t mind trying but any advice would be really appreciated
Thanks !

Re: Peugeot 207 ABS issue
If the abs pump is replaced it will need a diagnostic to programme it and also to bleed it.

Re: Peugeot 207 ABS issue
If you get one of the same spec of car same wheel size & transmission etc you wont need to code it, its just more of a configuration rather than programming it to the car.
Bleeding it yes will need diagnostics however wont need to be Diagbox, most garages should have decent tools that can bleed the braking system.
