My car died the other day, about 1 mile after leaving my house. Had just returned from a trip to Brno, CZ. Lucky it came home first.

P1771 Water in fuel filter -There is no water in the filter and the sensor has been changed.
Engine codes-
P1169
P0562
P1352
P1197
The P0562 reads 0 volts to ECU, leaving me to think that i have a bad power supply to the ECU or something inside the ECU is bad. I believe that it also could explain the other codes.
Does anyone have the skematics for ECU readout?
I have gone over the power distribution bord on top of the battery. All connections have been cleaned and fuses are checked with multimeter.
Ground wire under battery and under headlamb have been cleaned to.
Engine will run on starter fluid, no mecanical issues.
Any other suggestions/previous experiences will be appreciated. Perhaps a link to some fairy dust?
