after market shifter.

Hey guys. I am on the c5 2006 face lift whit the auto gear box and I want to put an aftermarket shifter. It has a screw bottom and the shifter when removed is just a white like hard plastick housing. The original shifter disintegrated in me hand btw. Is there a screw head underneeth it or maby a adapter I can buy so I can install my new shifter. Pls help

I saw somewhere online that underneeth the white cover there is supost to be a screw head, exactly what I need. Someone fact check it pls. And to tell me how am I supost to remove the white cover
