Peugeot 508 2011 start/stop counter and Eco button

Hello everyone. I have a Peugeot 508 2011 1.6 hdi. The start/stop system is working fine, but I have two issues:
1. The ECO counter on the screen in the image never counts the time in minutes and seconds while the start/stop system is active. It is always showing zeros. Also the green Eco symbol on the instrument cluster is never on or flash while the start/stop system is active.

2. I am not able to deactivate the start/stop system manually using the ECO button. I tried replacing the ECO button with another used button, but I still have the same problem. The car battery is new and working fine.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing these two problems?
