Very weird problem with turn signal indicators

Hello all, i have two Citroen's but since last year i have, a problem with my C4 2006 1.6 HDI . I had to change BSI, found the same, with the exact same numbers, and it works great except i dont have any indication that i turn left or right the directional light stalk also i dont hear and the ticking sound from it, directional lights work, hazard lights work i just dont see or hear their indicators or ticking. Several ppl looked trough diagbox diagnostics and couldnt find where the problem is. On operational test on directional lights indicators when started they light up one time, after that, the test gets error "activation not possible : memorises at the same time *1 to *2" and it stops the test.
