I have 2015 Citroen c4 grand Picasso and it as fault code p13c200 and how do I get it fixed and can I buy a rear number plate wiring loom because the bulb holder as broken and the bulb and only one light works

You should check at a Citroen dealer for a new wiring loom and a bulb holder. Other option would be to try a car breakers. If you check the existing wiring it might be broken between the tailgate and the body if you think the wiring has a fault.

A search on the fault code came up with an identical topic (yours ?) on face book with a reply of things that should be checked from what I think is a diagnostic printout.
