DS5 Sport 2013 engine bay rattle

[Cupra to DS5]

Hi all,

Got a rattle that seems to be coming from the engine bay, it's not major but now I've heard it I can't unhear it

Had the bonnet up and I think it the silver air con pipework on the left hand side of the engine as I look at it

Looks as though there are two black clips that hold the pipes but they have worn and broken possibly

Can these be replaced or is it a cable tie job?
