timing chain replacement ep6 direct injection

Good Evening,

can you pls. indicate the Tightening torques for the camshaft bolts and crankshaft bolt (I guess both will appear on the timing chain replacement procedure MANUAL) for a Picasso c4 1.6l petrol 165 bhp with vin VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] (MAYBE best to put up the entire timing replacement manual if its available)

also, the tightening torques for the engine mount.
