good afternoon ,
i have had some trouble with my car recently so took it to garage yesterday. the issue is that when i start the car all is okay and after about 20 seconds service light comes on and then it wont stay in automatic and moves itself into manual then upon driving the car it really struggles and has no power through the gears.
garage checked for faults and found low voltage on the battery so i had it replaced, i am now left with 1 permanent code (U1218) & 1 intermitent code (P0562).
u1218 states fault in information transmitted by built in systems interface ~(bsi) ECU -- outside temperature.
P0562 states ECU supply fault + permanent -- voltage too low .
garage have said they have no idea what is causing it . i have checked for corrosion on all fuses and grounds but still not working.
please can someone help.
