Citroen DS4 - drivers window issue

Unread post by Mr-Bee »

Hi all. I have recently purchased a 2013 Citroen DS4 1.6 HDI. Since purchased the drivers window doesn’t go down, when the switched is pressed for down I could hear the motor click, I have replaced the entire window regulator (with motor and not genuine) but it appears the issue still occurs. I have connected the old genuine motor to the door loom and noticed when the window down is pressed the motor works but sends the regulator up to the close position, when the window up is pressed the window goes up, so no matter if I press open or close the motor will spin in the same direction. I have access to Diagbox and I can confirm the switch press’s are recognised correctly. So I don’t think it’s the switches… or isit?

I can see the motor plug has 5 wires so assuming these work on a reverse polarity?

Can anyone provide me wiring diagrams for the front drivers door?

Has anyone else had this issue before or similar?

Any help would be much appreciated.
