Does anyone have any knowledge of a 1999 Peugeot boxer 320s 2.5td I’ve found a cut wire but unfortunately nothing near by to where it goes to

Are you having issues with the van? Looks like the wire for the little switch that lets it know the throttle lever is in the idle position.

To be fair I’m having trouble starting it we fought it was glow plugs etc but a mobile mechanic says it’s the starter motor so got one on order but we came across this wire he seems to think it’s for the fuel heater so was trying to gather some info plus trying to find parts is a absolute nightmare
