Ds4 heater blower constantly on

My DS4 heater blower is constantly on, and I can't switch or control it with the control buttons.

Been told it might be the heater resistor.

Anyone seen or experienced this?

Yes, it's a common issue. The blower motor is stepped from a low speed and gradually increases to the required speed. If the blower motor is 'all or nothing', as in operating at full speed only, it's a sign the blower motor control module needs replacing. Don't get a cheap one as these can often be dead on arrival or just very poor quality. Get an OEM one or a good quality branded replacement.

I can't presently advise exactly where it is on this vehicle, but they are usually on the left (UK passenger side), requiring the side footwell trim and possible part of the glovebox trim removal to get inside to locate. See my posts on the following thread for more info:
