C3 1.4 hdi 2006

I was having injector knock on my c3 1.4 hdi and poor fuel efficiency. I Connected to the launch X431 Diagnostic OBD tool Which informed me there was to high pressure in the common rail around 1200 bar. So I replaced the fuel regulator valve but the car would not start? So I put the old one back in and the car started but still not running good. I had the injectors tested and 3 of them were not good so I ordered 4 Remanufactured injectors now the car will not start again? I have gone to two garages with no luck and they seem not interested in looking at the car. Can anyone give me any advice or information help please

Do you have the fault codes before doing anything and ones you are now getting ?

Before I change the injectors I had high pressure falt code witch I can't remember exactly. Now with the new injectors I have no codes. By the way do now want the voltage should be at the low pressure valve on the fuel pump so I can test it as I think the engine is not getting fuel ?
