where can i get a decent one apart from peugeot who just quoted me £34.62 + VAT a side??

Chances are that the GSF ones, are the same as the ones Peugeot supply! I would fit a pair and if they wear out too quick, complain!!
Then never use those type again.
The, ' my mate says they're crap! ' line, is how French cars got such a bad press years ago.
Be an individual, go with what you can afford and ignore your mates unless they can show you proof.
GSF wouldn't supply anything they haven't tested, it would be commercial suicide.
