Hello, I have a problem with black smoke when I start the engine. When I start it cold, it blows blue smoke. Where can I find the problem?

How many miles / km has it done ? Has the exhaust particulate filter been removed or drilled through ? Is it using any engine oil suggesting engine wear or turbo seal/bearing failure ?
