Hello, I'm a new owner of a DS 3 Crossback e-tense and I'm trying to locate service parts in a way where as a customer I can see exploded parts diagrams. I've noticed the parts thread on this forum and by coincidence I think it is currently out of service due to a subscription problem as the PSA group and Stellantis update their systems.
I think I know the answer and unfortunately it's a no but does this mean as owners there is no where we are able to see exploding parts diagrams and be able to easily view the parts available and get part numbers ourselves? It's disappointing because Stellantis is a large company and the platform for the Crossback is used by a number of cars but there appears they are making this exclusive and not easily accessible to owners. I like the freedom to look but it sounds like we need to be drip fed information about specific parts if we ask the right question. That's disappointing in the internet age. I have looked to see if there is a Haynes manual thinking they may have the diagrams in there (I haven't bought one for years so not sure if they have changed). They don't have one specifically for the Crossback e-tense but do for the combustion engines. Has anyone purchased this Haynes manual and do they contain those diagrams?
As an example, I'm interested in potentially adding the wireless mobile phone module in the interior. I've located the module on ebay (appears to be part 981340328002) and this is used in other Stellantis cars too. But there are accompanying parts, such as the charging LED part. Which from looking at photos I think this is located in the dashboard trim just above the wireless charging where the USB port is. But I'm looking blind without access to the diagrams and parts.

Re: Exploding parts diagrams / Haynes Manual
No - everything is behind a paywall with them which includes parts and technical information and you'll need an account which at present is restricted to businesses it would seem.
It costs a bucket load of money to maintain all parts, updated technical details, diagrams and the servers and infrastructure, so obviously they are not providing this for free.
You won't get parts data from Haynes, nor all the electrical diagrams - only basic ones, so I suggest you contact your DS dealer parts department and see if they will help you work out what you need - but they may be reluctant if your vehicle was not fitted with this to start with.
