.
I have a solid amber spanner now showing on dashboard, can't find reset.
When I start engine there is a brief description (maintenance exceeds 50ml) I have only done 4100 miles since new last year I can't think of any service that would be required at 4000mls.
I can't find the reset (checked in the the application settings) it that's where it's at
Car: c4x max petrol .Registered june2024.
Thanks Paul

Re: Amber spanner
I imagine the service is x miles or 12 months, which ever comes first, so if you want to keep the warranty you will need to darken the door of the dealer pronto! If you post up the VIN (it will auto hide) we can check the service schedule. Generally on Cit / Pug you can reset by holding the trip reset button whilst you switch on the ignition and wait for the countdown to finish - but I wouldn't do this if you are getting a dealer service.
Just re-read and you mentioned June 24, but it may have been reset before that, hence time has come up.

Re: Amber spanner
Thanks, I'm not sure what a 4000 mile service would include! or 8 months after registration date.
Holding down the left hand trip button does not bring up the reset and count down on dash , not on my model anyway

Re: Amber spanner
Although it is only eight months since the registration date, the car could have been built long before that and it is approaching the time for service, rather than the distance driven.
