Renault megane 2010 radio unit replacment...?

Hello everyone,does anyone know is it possible to replace radio unit with new one with usb and bluetooth(like on picture)?I have unit with tom tom navigation but does not have bluetooth or usb..Renault megane 2010

Here is better explanation...I have reanault megane 1.5dci from 2010 with tomtom display navigation and radio unit 281150030R with only aux input(chinches).Im interested Is it possible to replace unit with 281159243R or 281157081r?I really want USB and bluetooth functions.Do I also need usb input(280230002R) instead of classic rca inputs?
