Citroen Xsara Picasso 2007 Com unit replacement

Hello,
My 2007 Citroen Xsara Picasso had a problem with his fog lights not working, then the stereo stopped working, then the high beam stopped working. The garage suspect the com unit and have the part numbers from it. Their usual trusted suppliers are out of stock with no idea if/when they'll get any back in. Has anyone got details of any suppliers in the UK who maybe do refurbished units? I'm trawling through eBay and have found some 2nd hand ones with the same number on and wondering if this is my only option. Thank you for any help.
