Gearbox oil filling point.!
Hi everyone. I'm a newbie here so please forgive me if this point has been discussed previously although I have searched and can't find any information. I own a 2015 Puretech 1.2 petrol DS3. Last week it failed its mot on a faulty ball joint which I have replaced over the weekend. Unfortunately during the replacement I pulled the drive shaft out of the gearbox and lost about half a litre of gearbox oil. Please could someone advise me where the filling point is as I can't seem to find any information even on Google. Any help would much appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Gearbox oil filling point.!
I am not familiar with your car but often Citroen gear boxes are filled with oil through a vent on the top. They tend to not have a level plug so the old oil is drained out and the correct amount is put back. If you post your VIN admin may be able to provide the amount of oil needed, the type of oil and the possible filling point. The drain plug might also need a new seal. With all this, sadly it my end up costing more than the garage would have charged to replace the joint.
