Hello
I am exporting a RHD C3 Picasso to France and will need to change over the reversing and fog lights in order to be compliant with the French MOT. Is it possible to just swap the unit over and change the wiring loom plugs in a junction box? Any guidance gratefully received.

What is the current setup on the C3 P? Single Reverse & single Fog?
Worst case it should be pretty simple to extend the wiring over to the other side for each lamp after swapping the lamp clusters, I would advise using spade or bullet connectors incase it ever needs swapped back again.
Would need to see a wiring diagram to see if there is ca shared common connector where it may be easier to do.
