Problem with boot door! Please Help!

Hello guys my problem is that until today i had no problem with locking and unlocking the boot.After i removed the SHUNT from the fuse box under the dashboard today and puted it back again my bood door lock wont unlock anymore whatever i do.Everything else is working just find central locking all doors , all windows , all wipers etc.Its just the boot door lock which will not unlock anymore.What could be the reason.I am saying it again this happened after i removed the SHUNT fuse in the fuse box under the dashboard.
