Fault code p1349

I have 2013 citroen ds5 hybrid deisel message stop engine fault only code p1349.
Car in limp mode does anybody know what this is please.

This fault relates to a pre-post heater relay fault - which should not normally result in engine backup mode, as the relay for the glow plugs is usually only used for cold starts or when commanded by the engine ECU for post heating during assisted regeneration. However as this is a hybrid version of the DS5, it may be something else - if you didn't use Diagbox, it's likely your code reader isn't advanced enough to read all the advanced constructor codes - especially for Hybrid systems.

Fault Code:	P1349
Description of Fault:	Preheater relay: Open circuit or short circuit to the plus. Open circuit or short circuit to positive detected for 5 seconds.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Engine started from cold 10 times in succession.
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	-
Symptoms:	Smoke from the exhaust Problem activating the power unit
Suspect Areas:	Pre-heater plugs Pre-post heating relay Electrical harness Connectors
