Berlingo 51kw 1.9d
Hello guys, I am trying to fix car myself i know its leaking exhaust I had P0170 code, and engine light. The car starts very baddly u need to push starter key like 30 sec to start. Sometimes car starts and there is good working for like 1 min. after that heavy smoke comes in and engine is shaking, it cant go more than 2500rpm and smoke is really heavy. To start it i need to push hand pump for 2-3x. I checked with obd live data and none of sensors is changing all stuck in same positions like maf 100 and not moving, map and o2 is same. maybe car brain is over i mean ECU, ecm. Maybe someone had similar problems? I will add youtube link to show how fcked up it is for more clearance... Please help guys ^^

My initial thoughts are Either the vacuum operated butterfly in the intake is closing when it shouldn't. take the intake pipe off & check its fully open when you rev it.
Either that or the EGR valve is sticking open, that would also explain the very low airflow reading.
Un clip the EGR pipe off the inlet maifold & point it away from the intake & see if it runs freely (albeit a bit loud).

What did you do with the butterfly?
Ideally you should remove the vacuum pipe going to it then plug the open end of the pipe.
