expert 2.0 HDI not starting

My van wouldn't start a few days ago cranks over but wont start, if spray easy start and it will spring into life & drive, but when i turn it off it will crank but not start code reader shows P0340, live data shows no engine rpm when cranking, however when it starts after being dosed with easy start live data shows engine rpm shows 850 rpm & 425 rpm at the camshaft. Engine is a 2.0 HDI DW104TED RHW


The immobilizer light goes out. Battery fully charged, changed both the crank & cam sensors fault remains

can anyone shed some light on this

now repaired found broken wire in the loom, but have a new fault, see my new post cooling fan running all the time
