Engine Swap Compatibility: Peugeot 207 Hatchback (5FS) Engine into 207CC (5F01)

Hello everyone,

I’m thinking about swapping the engine from my Peugeot 207 Hatchback (5FS engine, 1.6L, 120hp) into my Peugeot 207CC (5F01 engine, 1.6L, 120hp). While both engines have the same specs, I’m concerned about compatibility issues with the ECU and other systems.

Has anyone done a similar swap from the 207 Hatchback to the 207CC? Will the 207CC accept the 5FS engine without needing a new ECU or reprogramming, or is there a possibility of any issues with the integration?

Any advice or experience with this kind of engine swap would be greatly appreciated!

You might need to swap the ecu aswell .
Husky. :? Thinking outside of the box is better than sitting in a dark one.
