Black soot on acceleration
I have a Peugeot 207 hdi sw from 2013. The car has power and drives fine. The car idles fine. I have replaced the air filter, done an oil change, replaced Eolys pouch and pump, used dpf cleaner ( not had a flush) used cataclean and oxygen sensor cleaner. I am about to clean the maf sensor and egr valve but do not know where to go next and don’t want to spend too much then realise it’s my injectors and waster my money. The car also has no fault codes. I can smell a smell in the cabin but can’t describe it, it’s not fuel , I wouldn’t say it’s sweet . This car I believe would not pass emissions test

If it's got a DPF and it's smoking, the DPF is broken ( or someone has been there before you....)

Re: Black soot on acceleration
How did you use the DPF cleaner and what did you use? Was this some additive put into the fuel tank (not recommended) or was it injected into the DPF directly?
