Do i have jbl or std speakers

Hi. Is there a way for me to find out what stereo system i have. I am thinking off the speakers. My previous car was a 308 with the worst speaker in human history, and i think that they must be the same in a Citroen. But the ones i have know in my c4gp plays much better. So i think a might have the jbl upgrade, but is there a way to confirm this without taking the door panels off.

You don't have the equaliser amp option, so have standard speakers. PSA often use the same speakers throughout their vehicle range, except where there is an equaliser amp upgrade (with rear subwoofer and additional speakers), or where there is a specific audio system upgrade specified as an option or in the trim level.

I can can confirm that at least for a 308 (T9) the speakers are the same - but only for the standard system - the 308 could also be spec'd up with the equaliser amp option which could have different / additional speakers. But you certainly don't have a JBL system (which hasn't been used for years now).

Here in Denmark they are sold with jbl upgrades. Or thats what they are advertising.

There was no 'JBL' option in July 2016 - not even mentioned.

There was the 'Touch' edition with SMEG unit (Which is what you have)
The the 'Feel' trim level with Connected NAV with 12" Panoramic HD Display
Then the 'Flair' option which had other options but nothing further on the Audio.

JBL was an option on the old C4 Picassos prior to to the B78 model.

From memory the models with JBL normally have little JBL badges on the speaker grille covers too.
