Leak on C3 internal food lining

Hi, I have just had front and rear dash cams fitted to my 2013 C3 1.6hdi. The fitter noticed quite a big of water between the roof and the heading. There are no water marks on the lining and I was wondering if its possible to take off the external roof mouldings and put some kind of sealant on it. I've just had the car s week and jniw if had sat a few mknths so I'm hoping it's just condensation from not getting used. Anyone got any ideas please??

Is the rear window washer working - the pipe might be leaking in the roof if it goes that way. Could also be the roof aerial.
