Citroen Jumpy/Relay 2012, Startrelay/Fuse,located where?

Unread post by Briten »

I have a Citroen Jumpy 2012. The startengine doesn't run when turning the key to starting position. After some examination the problem is that no current is coming to the solenoid contact. When putting a screwdriver between the solenoid contact and the positive contact on the startengine the startengine runs and the engine starts directly.

Trying to find the startrelay and the wiring of the solenoid to get further. Searched on internet after wiring diagrams of Jumpy 2012 but couldn't find any that are similar to my cars layout.
Found some versions but my car has a different layout. Even the wiring diagram in the driver manual doesn't fit with the actual wiring in the car?!

Can hear a faint click under the fusebox in the engine compartment when turning the key to starting position, but no more. And perhaps it has nothing to do with the start relay

To continue I wonder, where is the starting relay/fuse situated in my car? If I can find them then I can check further.

(The problem began after changing to a new battery. Can this be the reason? But the old battery still works rather ok after charging so I have reinstalled that and the engine starts even with that battery when using the screwdriver but the problem is the same, no current to solenoid. Asked a Citroen dealer if the change can be the reason but they said no.)

Thanks in advance!
